Pro Bowler tour logo. What bag is this? Dr. Paul Michael Krämer (aka Starsky) sends the following missive: Unknown #4 could be

a bag from Spanish airline operator AVIACO, a competitor of IBERIA in the 70s and mid 80s. Although I have never flown on their DC9s and Caravelles I know their logo because their planes made regular appearences for charter trips to Spain from my then hometown Saarbrücken, Germany. They operated basically on domestic scheduled routes in Spain and on European charter routes to Spain. I suppose the bag derives from the early 80s when they changed their color scheme from red to blue. Unfortunately I have no info on AVIACO's destiny, the name disappeared somewhere in the mid 80s.

Design comparisons with newer Aviaco bag confirms the aforementioned tome.

Every word on this bag is underlined, meaning that every word is important, I guess. Nice Kard-O-Seal Beutel on the bottom.

This bag is similar to other Aviaco bags except there are directions, plus the sides of the bag come to a narrow point.

Same as the other Aviaco verbose bag except not only is this on tall and thin, it has a bottom to stand on when full.

You would never figure out by just the logo what airline this comes from. However, they added instructions on the back and even printed on the bottom.

A similar earlier bag says "Recipiente" on the front instead of "Air Sickness Bag". Both still say "Bolsa De Mareo" however.

Aviacsa

Received From: Thomas Homer Goetz
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
I'm not sure if I'm transalating this correctly, but doesn't 'Los caminos del cielo maya' mean 'The trucks of the Mayan sky"? Or is it 'The El Camino of the Mayan Sky' (half airplane, half pickup truck)? In any case, the guy on the bag has the most elongated bullet-head I've ever seen, even more elongated than a guy we used to call 'bullethead' in college.

And by the way, isn't Madonna's real last name 'Instrucciones' like it says on the bag?

Cool AV logo with no striping. This bag was made in Colombia, which you can barely see on the bottom of the front.

Distasteful Fitch & Mather-esque corporate web site looking design. Nice Chinese throwing star on the bottom though.

I'm at a loss for words, any words, that will make this bag compelling enough for you to click through and examine.

Aviance adds two leeches, sucking the red blood out of the letter A to give you an idea of what your flight experience is going to be like.

Avianca

Approximate Vintage: 2008

Print or Image Color: Black, Red

Avianca goes for a stylish rendition of string art. According to Denir, the new Avianca reflects the takeover (or merge) with Ocean Air.

The directions look like a director's slate. Although this bag looks pretty poorly designed, it has a website on it, so it must have been obtained in the new millennium.

Very similar to the other green plastic Avianca bag, but they decided to do some rearranging of text and images and also disposed of the Avianca brand name.

Identical to 2005 version except the red block on the back moves from the bottom of the bag to the top of the bag.
