OK, Bag Monster is a moronic name, but Monster has become a catch-all phrase for "Hey, this will help you do something" This section will help you find the bags you're looking for (like you're really looking for them). Leaving everything blank will retrieve a list of all bags, however that may cause the page to load slowly.

The Night The Screaming Stopped

Received From: David Harris
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Red and White
I looked at the Internet Movie Database and can only find a reference to a movie called "The Day The Screaming Stopped", so this bag is a bit of a mystery to me. Perhaps you, fine reader can illuminate?

The Saturday Knights

Approximate Vintage: 2008
Received From: Kate Peterson
Print or Image Color: Gold, Blue
Background / Bag Color: Blue
This is obviously a generic Sic-Sac with a stamp on it, but the stamp is from the band "The Saturday Knights" (TSK). You can visit them on MySpace.

The Sick Sac

Received From: Bruce Kelly
Print or Image Color: Blue, Gray
Background / Bag Color: White Plastic
This is a commercial bag that's unremarkable, but you can go to their website to buy bags on your own. Bag is notable because the opening is fluted open so that you don't miss the mark.

The Texas Barf Bag Massacre

Received From: Shawn Smith
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White
This bag houses the book, 'Red Ink: Terror in 2000 A.D.'. The bag itself is meant to commemorate the Texas Chainsaw Massacre (I'd love one of those bags!). The back of the bag features a skull and crossbones with the sage words, "I barf therefore I am". All in all, a winner. I paid $9 for this on eBay.

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre

Received From: Scott Cunningham
Print or Image Color: Black
Background / Bag Color: White
This is a rare find I purchased on eBay. It seems that in the mid-90s, a movie theater in Lodi, OH printed up special bags for several horror flicks under the umbrella name of Midnight Cinema

If you can believe the bags themselves, they are limited runs of 25 or 50.

This particular bag seems to be modeled after the Mark of the Devil bags and saya

Thirst Aid Kit

Approximate Vintage: 2005
Received From: Lynn Barton
Print or Image Color: Black
Background / Bag Color: White
Although this looks like someone just wrote "Sick Bag" on the sickbag with a magic marker, it is printed on. The bag came as part of a "Downinone" Morning After kit, along with earplugs, ice pack, blindfold, instant coffee, and do not disturb sign.

Thomas Cook

Approximate Vintage: 2004
Received From: Chris Hays
Print or Image Color: Navy
Background / Bag Color: White
This bag calls itself a "Cabin Tidy" which sounds more like cat litter than a motion sickness receptacle. The bag also has the enigmatic acronym TCX (not TJX of TJ Maxx fame).

Thomas Cook

Approximate Vintage: 2010
Received From: Wolfgang Lüthje
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
ThomasCookAirlines gets streamlined with a nice jet underlining the airline name.

Thomas Cook

Approximate Vintage: 2013
Received From: Gerd Clemens
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Blue and White
Just the basic button/badge with the Thomas Cook logo on it. You hardly ever see anything right justified as you do here.

Thomas Cook Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2011
Received From: Gerd Clemens
Print or Image Color: Navy, Yellow
Background / Bag Color: White
I love an anniversary bag ... this one celebrating 10 years of vomit! Plus, the bag even sports balloons. I think the only other bag with a balloon on it is Guertner AG.

Thomas Cook Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2015
Received From: Gerd Clemens
Print or Image Color: Yellow
Background / Bag Color: White
Thomas Cook pulls at the heartstrings by adding a heart to the front of the bag.

Three Kings Cargo

Approximate Vintage: 2010
Received From: Thorsten Hecht
Background / Bag Color: White
This is a bag that was sent out as a Christmas card to many collectors from Thorsten Hecht, Gerhard Lang and Gerd Clemens. Wasn't that nice of them?

Thu (Thai) Airways

Tianjin Airlines (HNA)

Approximate Vintage: 2009
Received From: Marcus Johns
Print or Image Color: Red, Gray
Background / Bag Color: Orange, White
Much like Malaysian Airlines, a cool doily graces this bag. Plus, a bonus imp character that conveys the message of quality is tramping around on the bag.

Tibet Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2013
Received From: Xusheng Chen
Print or Image Color: Gold
Background / Bag Color: White
Pretty nice bag from a country that doesn't actually exist anymore, even though the airline does.

Tiger Air

Approximate Vintage: 2017
Received From: Seah Yi Le
Print or Image Color: Orange, Black, White
Background / Bag Color: White, Orange
Cool bag from Singapore but no sign of a tiger anywhere on this Cleanliness Bag

Tiger Air

Approximate Vintage: 2016
Received From: Martin Stepanek
Print or Image Color: Orange
Background / Bag Color: White
The bag says tigerair in small letters, that's it.

Tikal Jets Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2003
Received From: Kevin Matson
Print or Image Color: Blue and Gold
Background / Bag Color: Yellow
There's a bright sun shining, but it's behind a huge thunderhead. Kevin says that Tika Jets fly from Guatemala City to Fores, the gateway to Tikal National Park, home of the ruined Mayan city. The bag is strongly reminiscent of the generic Sic-Sac. Reverse of bag show possibly the worst illustrations known to air travelers, however I give them high points for giving good suggestions to the travel sick, such as 'Concentrate on Objets at a Distance' (whatever objets are).
