As a collector of Air Sickness Bags. I am interested in obtaining new specimens. If you happen to encounter any kind of sickness bag, would you kindly send me one (unless it's plain white)? Here's the "corporate" address:

Steve Silberberg
9 Third St.
Hull, MA 02045
USA

Actually, airlines change their bags every few years, so if you ever notice a change, please snatch that bag and send it to me! I would be very grateful for any help you might provide. Many thanks in advance.

Air Malta

Approximate Vintage: 1998
Received From: Chris Dahl
Print or Image Color: Bold Red and Black
Background / Bag Color: White
Kind of looks like some British WWII logo.

CNWA (China Northwest Airlines)

Approximate Vintage: 2001
Received From: Ralph Riffenburgh
Print or Image Color: Blue and Red
Background / Bag Color: White
They added a country code to the phone number on the back of the bag.

According to bag donor David Labarge, "I have a distinct memory of the CNWA jet, which was a Russian-built aircraft. It had a lime green and dark brown interior (enough to make one puke) and as the passengers deplaned, the cabin crew folded all the seatbacks down like lawn chairs. It was surreal."

Scary Devil Girl 2

Approximate Vintage: 2019
Received From: Kraig D Kristin
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White
Ostensibly a ripoff of the 70s Mark of the Devil bag, this one is for the movie Scary Devil Girl 2. It says:

This VOMIT BAG and the PRICE of one ADMISSION will enable YOU to SEE ...
"THE DEVIL MADE ME SPEW IT"
SCARY DEVIL GIRL 2: INNER DEMONS
TM 2019 LOOT CRATE, LOOT FREIGHT AND LOGOS ARE THE REGISTERED TRADEMARKS OF LOOT CRATE, INC. ALL RIGHTS RESERVED

The bottom says
the COOP Monroe, WA 98272 USA www.crowdedcoop.com MADE IN CHINA 2019

Divine Ball

Approximate Vintage: 2018
Received From: Noah Brodie
Print or Image Color: Red
Background / Bag Color: White
On March 31, 2018 in Los Angeles there was a "Divine Ball" where supposedly 1000 people dressed like movie star Divine showed up. To celebrate, the organizers released a barf bag that says
GOLDENVOICE preseents
Divine ball
Lethal Amounts Sex Cells
Official Barf Bag

Vueling

Approximate Vintage: 2018
Received From: Maria Dolores Prieto
Print or Image Color: Yellow, Black
Background / Bag Color: White
We <3 you to the moon and bag

Apparently, Vueling also love places (whatever that means)

Norwegian

Approximate Vintage: 2016
Received From: Rainer Schwartz
Print or Image Color: Red, Navy
Background / Bag Color: White
This is an "In a while you will be fine" bag. The front and the back are almost identical, but the back has an airplane sticking out its tongue emoticon.

Finnair

Approximate Vintage: 2017
Received From: Kevin Beets
Print or Image Color: Gray
Background / Bag Color: White
Finnair goes for minimalism with their flying F abstract airplane. The manufacturer prints their info on the front instead of the back saying: FSC
www.fsc.org>br> MIX
Paper from responsible sources
FSC C002476

Eva Air

Approximate Vintage: 2011
Received From: Mike Newman
Print or Image Color: Black, White
Background / Bag Color: Yellow, Green
Yuk, a phlegm colored bag tinged with Spirograph lines that connect the puke-yellow to the gross-green.
Note however that in Eva Air's desire to be seen as green (translation: save money) the bag says "Please treasure resource and use sparingly". So you'd better not use this bag unless you really have to!

Cebu Pacific

Approximate Vintage: 2012
Received From: Xusheng Chen
Print or Image Color: Yellow, White
Background / Bag Color: White, Yellow
Great cartoon plane wearing an aviator's cap that wants you to somehow save the Earth by barfing.

Qatar Airways

Approximate Vintage: 2015
Received From: Federico Mandrile
Print or Image Color: Red, Gray, white
Background / Bag Color: White, Red, Blue
Yet another change for Qatar. Still obviously similar to its predecessors but now there's nowhere to write on the bag.

Cathay Pacific

Approximate Vintage: 2015
Received From: Gerd Clemens
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Green-Blue, White
Eschewing the airline name save for the 2 letter CX, Cathay keeps the understated bag mien which they've been known for.

Air Sack

Approximate Vintage: 1966
Received From: Bruce Kelly
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: Tan
Bruce got 4 different colors of this old generic bag on eBay and sent me 3 since there were duplicates. It looks a little like the Sic-Sac and says
AIR-SACK®
FOR USE DURING MOMENTS OF STOMACH UPSET
IF AN UPSET STOMACH IS ANTICIPATED REMOVE BAG FROM THIS CONTAINER AND KEEP READY FOR USE. DO NOT BE EMBARRASSED BY THIS PRECAUTION AS EVEN VETERAN TRAVELERS ARE SUBJECT TO OCCASIONAL MOTION SICKNESS.
AIR-SACKS are moisture proof and not affected by extreme temperature changes
allied converters, Inc. 64 Drake Ave. New Rochelle, New York

I wrote away to Allied Converters in June 2017, and received a response that said \"Those were manufactured in the early 1960\'s, through about 1967, so they are at least 50 years old.. They were sold to a distributor that resold them to the airlines, so I am not sure which airline used them. \"

Alitalia Travelgum

Received From: Moshe Feldman
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
At first glance, this bag looks exactly like the other Alitalia Travelgum bag. However, careful inspection of the bottom of the bag reveals that this bag underlines the words "Contro mal d'auto, mal di mare, mal d'aria" whereas the other bag doesn't.

Also please note that the serial number AZ64706260 appears only once on the front of the bag instead of twice.

Air Europe

Received From: Fulvio Dossena
Print or Image Color: Blue and Orange
Background / Bag Color: White
This bag sports an old Los Angeles Rams helmet and a crappy serif font.

Ansett Australia

Approximate Vintage: 1999
Received From: Richard David Glueck
National Photo and its Red Barf Bag. Ansett rolls out its CA20 bag with an expiration date of April 30, 1999.

Swissair

Approximate Vintage: 1997
Received From: Jacek Slusarek
Exactly the same as the other 1997 bags except the top is straight, not serrated or tear off. Ahhh Clouds.

Finnair

Approximate Vintage: 1995
Received From: Moshe Feldman
Print or Image Color: Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
Identical to other Finnair bags, except no numbers are printed on the back. However, in the fold it says Rosenlew 4997. As a bonus, the fold also says "810452 001"

Air One

Approximate Vintage: 2000
Received From: Roger MacRae
Print or Image Color: Gold and Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
Adorned with a classy Great Blue Heron. It just goes to show that simplicty can be aesthetically pleasing.

China Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2014
Received From: David Shomper
Print or Image Color: Navy, Gray
Background / Bag Color: White, Navy
Same as the 2013 flowered version, but they changed the color to navy blue.
