OK, Bag Monster is a moronic name, but Monster has become a catch-all phrase for "Hey, this will help you do something" This section will help you find the bags you're looking for (like you're really looking for them). Leaving everything blank will retrieve a list of all bags, however that may cause the page to load slowly.

Icelandair decides to remove the words "Air Sickness Bag" perhaps to make its use less obvious. They also reduce the size of the logo. Has stars inside the side folds.

Icelandair

Same words, same font, same logo just rearranged. Why did they bother doing this?

OMG, finally a bag that recognizes us collectors! I quote

Please feel free to keep this bag and add it your collection of aeronautical memorabilia.

Ok, so they forgot the word "to", but still pretty cool. But this bag is even more awesome because it addresses climate change. In fact in big bold letters is the word

LOFTSLAG

which in Icelandic means "Climate". It's odd to thing that a barf bag is more forward thinking than USA Republican legislators. The text on the front of the bag says

"Loftslag" is Icelandic for "Climate," which is one of th things that is a surprise to every visitor to Iceland.

The back says

When outdoors, taking a deep breath of clean, fresh air is something that Icelanders take for granted.

But the abundance of fresh and healthy air comes at a price. Iceland is located at the border between Arctic and temperate seas, and between the cold air masses of the Arctic and the warm air masses of lower latitudes.

This makes Iceland's climate extremely variable. In fact, it's not unusual to experience all four seasons in a single day.

The maritime climate of Iceland is cool and temperate. Ont he warmest summer days the gtemperature can reach 20-25C, but the winters are relatively mild for this northerly latitude, the coastal lowlands having mean January temperatures close to 0C.

ICN

Approximate Vintage: 2009
Received From: Toni Sutter
Print or Image Color: Red, White
Background / Bag Color: Blue, White
According to Toni, a Swiss ticket collector, "Here is a train sickness bag which is new for 2009 in Swiss Trains, which moves like a pendulum to the left and right in the curves to be faster in those curves. These trains called 'ICN' circulate between the North of Switzerland up and through the Alps to the South. "

This airline has an unremarkable bag, but given the fleet size of 3 I'm not going to get all judgy.

IGP

Received From: Christian Annyas
Print or Image Color: Many
Background / Bag Color: White
What a GREAT bag. It's the only bag I know of that has an artist's rendition of vomit printed on the bag. It's a cascade of chunks. Bag is of mysterious origin. I believe it is from IGP Marine Technology in Hamburg, Germany, but am not sure.

Identity found! Thomas Homer Goetz says, "The IGP bag from your unknown stuff is from a South German bus-company cooperation.

Indian Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 1994
Received From: Gareth Norris
Print or Image Color: Orange
Background / Bag Color: Brown
Looks a lot like Nepal Airways bags. Although the bag appears to hail from 1994, it looks a lot older than that.

Indian Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 1994
Received From: Tim Gibson
Print or Image Color: Orange
Background / Bag Color: Brown
Almost identical to the other 1994 Indian Airways bag, but on this bag, they excised the copyright date. Wise move there!

Indian Airlines

Received From: Manfred Kleber
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Orange
Looks a lot like an Air India Bag. Why are Indian bullet points different than English bullet points? Nice layout.

Indian Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2003
Received From: Paul Mundy
Print or Image Color: Black, White, Orange
Background / Bag Color: White, Orange
Yet another variation on the Indian Airlines design. I imagine the bag works fine, but the shape of the bag isn't quite a parallelogram and the construction seems a little shoddy.

Indian Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 2004

Indian Airlines goes "swirly", much like Cathay Pacific. The swirlies are actually composed of tiny superballs in motion.

Indian Airlines

Approximate Vintage: 1975

Everything is in capital letters except the name of the airline.

The tailfin logo has part of the Indian flag on it.

Indian Generic

Received From: Leszek Szalapak
Print or Image Color: White, Navy
Background / Bag Color: Navy, White
Although there was some thought that this might be used on JetLite, the Barf Bag Community has called this an Indian Generic. Perhaps you know differently?

IndiGo

Approximate Vintage: 2011
Received From: Pradeep Aradhya
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Navy
Cool pixelated image of an airplane flying upwards towards the corner of the bag, although on the base, it appears to be flying downward. This Indian Airline sports the positive "Get well soon" encouragment.
