Maersk Air

Approximate Vintage: 1984
Received From: Jo Boyd
Print or Image Color: White, Navy, Another Navy
Background / Bag Color: Aqua
What a great old bag. Nice vertical stripe, plus enough places to play 48 games of "X & O". They could have allowed 50 games, but they felt the need to treat passengers like morons by showing example games. For some reason, I like this Danish carrier's bags.

Maersk Air

Received From: Jo Boyd
Print or Image Color: White
Background / Bag Color: Aqua
Ha! What loser designed this update of the 1984 bag? Sure, they benevolently expanded the size of the "X & O" grid to allow for more games, however, they expanded the grid to 21x40 squares. This means that there's one row left over that can't be used for anything. Well, at least you can get 89 games in. (Although if a completely deterministic game can fascinate you for 89 games, you need help.)

Maersk Air

Received From: Thomas Homer Goetz
Print or Image Color: Black & Blue
Background / Bag Color: White
Boy those Danes and Norwegians sure love their X and O game! Despite calling the game 'Luftfarts-Skak' (Air Fart Chess?), the bag is a winner. Maersk gives itself 4 big stars and a great bold design that says "use me!"

Maersk Air

Received From: Christian Funch
Background / Bag Color: Navy
According to Mr. Funch, Maersk Air is a charter from Copenhagen operating a fleet of 20 B-737's. It's a subsidiary of the enormous shipping conglomorate.
