In a risky design effort, the logo is moved from the left of the bag to the right. Not only that, but the enclosing circle magically is transformed to a square. In the fold, is the enigmatic Stenqvist mark, as if it's 1897 and the letter 'u' hasn't been invented yet.

Exactly like the newfangled 2001 bag, except Finnair just loves to number their bags. This time, the number in the fold under the word Stenqvist changed from 1701 to 1702, otherwise it's identical as far as I can tell.

Finnair downsizes their logo again, getting rid of the pesky identifying text and leaving only a stick-figure airplane. However, they use the back as a way to demonstrate their commitment to the environment. It says,

Finnair recycles or re-uses more than 50% of all cabin waste. Aluminum cans and clear plastic bottles are recycled.

Packages and utensils, mugs and cups, napkins as well as plastic wine bottles from European flights are burned to produce energy.

In a stunning reversal of entrenched policy, Finnair inexplicably removes all numbers from their bag! Now there's no way to differentiate or track them. And they removed this just in time to no longer be able to take advantage of Big Data.

Background / Bag Color: White
Exactly like the newfangled 2001 bag, except while Finnair usually loves to number their bags, this time, there is no number in the fold under the word Stenqvist (other than the 810452 002 mark that they all have).

Finnaviation

Received From: Christoph Vogel
Print or Image Color: Blue and White

An all-time favorite. An illustration of a reindeer spewing cubism chunks. This is different than the 1996 model because on the lower part of the back side (which I've actually called the bottom for purposes of saving disk space and your time) has the number 118 printed on it.
