Air Sickness Bags are art

One can tell a lot about an airline's image from their Air Sickness Bags. Some barf bags are no more than a baggie with a twist tie, while other sickbags could win international design competitions. Are they art? I think so. You decide.

To the left you will find an index of the Air Sickness Bags from my personal collection, as well as other related information of interest (to me anyway). The Happy Sacks, as pilots call them, are listed alphabetically and are annotated with other information such as vintage, description, donor, and commentary. Just click on the bags you'd like to see.

Ironically:

  • I've never been outside of North America
  • I'm single
  • Yours in motion sickness and in health,
